If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please note that refund and exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery and must meet the criteria outlined below.

To qualify for a return or exchange:
Hair must NOT have been installed, colored, cut, or altered in any way that affects resale.
Hair must remain in its original bundle, with the top ties untouched.
Hair must be returned in its original packaging.
Notice: Custom-made orders are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Please do not send unauthorized returns. The Hair Concierge is not responsible for lost items, unauthorized returns, or items shipped to an incorrect address.
Shipping Fees
Return and exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service with signature confirmation and/or insurance to ensure safe delivery.
How to request a Refund/Exchange?

Refunds will be issued for the product purchase amount only (shipping costs are non-refundable).
